Vios Sea Salt – Fleur de Sel

Vios sea salt is collected by hand from the
inaccessible small natural salt flats of the coasts of Western Crete. The exceptionally
clean and naturally bright white salt crystals add intensity to grilled meat and fish
and give a multilayered tasting experience in chocolate desserts or savory caramel
and creams.
