Cellar has been used since ancient times as a place to store, preserve and mature products. Our own Cretan cellar is based in Chania and was created in order to collect pure natural products, made mainly from Cretan raw materials without additives, preservatives, sugar and colourings.
Our products are produced by small producers who, with minimal processings, highlight the peculiarities of their raw materials, theri naturalness, authenticity and, of course, taste and aromas.
Our Cellar’s products are those that at the end of the day we share with our families and friends, the ones that will take us on a journey of traditional and at the same time, modern tastes.
